This is a very interesting book for a Christian writer like me. More so because I keep looking for good reading materials that I can pass on to my counselling clients or my theology students.The books is totally different from what I have ever read on this subject. The author proposes a theory which seems very interesting. He tries to support his theory with plenty of biblical documentation, and that is helpful to assess his interpretation.
The thesis is very interesting and needs to be evaluated further by people who have a good background in theology and counselling. Since this is only an early work of its kind, much more work needs to be done by others to fill in the gaps and make the thesis biblically as accurate as possible.
Recommendations:
*** Recommended for people who have a good background in conservative theology
*** Recommended as an initial thesis that needs to be refined further by others
